Michael McConnell is an entrepreneur and the founder of The Rebel Camp, a brand and strategy agency helping mission-driven companies grow through bold storytelling, cultural marketing, and experiential campaigns. With a background in tech, beverage, and hospitality, Michael has launched and scaled multiple ventures rooted in purpose and impact.

He is the author of Inner Warriorship: Memoir of a Latch-Key Kid, a moving story of transformation, healing, and personal power. A proud son of Jamaica, Queens, Michael turned early adversity into a lifelong commitment to uplifting communities through creativity, mental wellness, and shared equity.

Michael also serves as Head of Culture for Uncle Waithley’s Beverage Company and is a founding board member of Equity Platforms, a blockchain-based real estate firm focused on democratizing access to ownership.

He is passionate about speaking and teaching resilience—empowering entrepreneurs, leaders, and everyday people to embrace their inner warrior, overcome setbacks, and lead with intention.
